KAʻAPUNI O WAIMEA
Time: 9 am to 3 pm, Tuesday-Sunday
The overarching cultural value of Ka‘apuni o Waimea is ho‘okipa – which is hospitality from a cultural perspective, the action of treating others as we would like to be treated. It is our hope that through this experience, guests will learn about the positive impact of hoʻokipa, and will carry this attitude throughout the island.

Join us for our biggest volunteer day of the year! We hope to have over 100 volunteers join us for our Earth Day celebration on Saturday, April 19.

Saturday, May 3-May 31, 2025: ʻIke Waimea Exhibition
Come celebrate the culture and history of Waimea Valley throughout a month-long exhibit from May 3rd through May 31st, 2025. The 'Ike Waimea Exhibit contains twenty-five never before displayed artifacts found in the Valley. These treasured items reveal the deep value and memories of the individuals and community that previously lived in one of the only remaining intact Ahupuaʻa (land division) on O'ahu.
