Palm Meadow is the perfect venue for a secluded, tropical outdoor wedding.

This venue is the ideal canvas to bring your dream outdoor wedding to life. The wide-open spaces and clusters of trees offer endless options for a unique setup that is utterly your own. Canopies of several banyan trees provide a cool area near the meadow’s stream bed and a prime view of the estuary between the Valley and Waimea Bay.

Please note the following are required amenities the event host must rent through an outside vendor for this venue: guest transportation, lighting (for the afternoon through evening events), and restrooms (for events longer than 3 hours).

Ceremony Venue Pricing

$2000* plus sales tax and a $500 required security deposit (Monday - Sunday)

Reception Venue Pricing

Ceremony Pricing: $1,500 (plus tax, $500 security deposit)

Reception Pricing: $4,000 (plus tax, $500 security deposit)

Ceremony + Reception Pricing: $5,000 (plus tax, $500 security deposit)

Note: Guest transportation and setup for ceremony seating are not offered through Waimea Valley. You can arrange set up and shuttle transportation through your wedding coordinator or through a rental company vendor.
