This expansive venue is available for ceremonies, cocktail hours and/or receptions. With some of the most striking tree-lines in the Valley, the Upper Meadow is the ultimate venue for a classic tropical Hawaiian wedding.

$2,000* plus sales tax and a $500 required security deposit (Monday - Sunday)

Reception Venue Pricing

$4,000* plus sales tax and a $500 required security deposit (Monday - Sunday)

CEREMOny + reception at Upper Meadow

$6,000* plus sales tax and a $500 required security deposit (Monday - Sunday)

*High peak season rates are effective May 1st - September 30th with a 20% addition to the venue site fee.

 

Guest transportation and setup for ceremony seating is not offered through Waimea Valley. You can arrange set up and shuttle transportation through your wedding coordinator or through a rental company vendor.

Note: To substitute ceremony seating brown benches for banquet chairs is a fee of $200.
